Summary	Science, mathematics, and engineering (SME), are disciplines vital to or national defense. To increase the supply of scientists, mathematicians, and engineers, the Department of Defense (DoD) established the Science, Mathematics, and Research for Transformation (SMART) Education Program. This proposal is for the purpose of providing programmatic support for implementation of this program.
