Summary	Science, mathematics, and engineering (SME), are disciplines vital to our national defense. To increase the supply of scientist, mathematicians, and engineers, the Department of Defense (DoD) established the Science, Mathematics, and Research for Transformation (SMART) Program. This proposal is for the purpose of providing programmatic support for implementation of this program.
