Summary	NSA proposes to complete the development of a curriculum for an orientation course on the topic of nuclear command, control, and communications (NC3). NSA also proposes to teach this course once during the Fall quarter for uniformed and civilian personnel. The content of this course will be used in graduate courses taught at NPS.
