Summary | The seminar consists of one, five-day seminar designed to prepare military officers and civilians from the security sector from the Government of the Congo to effectively consider, design and implement practices to relevant to responsible and effective intelligence collection. The delivery format combines informative presentations on academic themes and practical frameworks with an in-depth self assessment of security threats, intelligence challenges, roles and missions, and inter-agency decision making for the ROC. The country expects to have 30 participants from the Government of the Congo in the seminar. |
