Summary	Establish the ability to bring together Flag and Senior Executive Service (SES) personnel to provide Information Technology (IT), War Fighter, and Business Leader leadership a forum for development of understanding of Cyber, IT capabilities, and security and Information Assurance (IA) processes and responsibilities. This forum would also serve as a means to further enhance Departmental transition activities and functional and technical requirements interaction.
