Summary	Task will include developing a framework for an inter-agency energy-climate wiki. This will include identifying the right personnel across government to help create a collaborative team, for a bottom up, government only, Google searchable wiki, to identify who is doing what on energy and climate in both programs and research. The purpose is to learn from others so we can speed up the process and avoid siloed duplication.
