Summary This program provides an in depth discussion of issues surrounding women, peace, and security, providing participants with approaches and transferable skills to address inclusion, participation, and safety issues, and to design feasible action plans. This is the third phase of a three-phase sequence that involves continued workshop development and execution at ENOPU facilities in July & September of 2015, relying heavily on NPS expertise & in partnership with Chilean SME's who have graduated from the NPS POI. This iteration is targeted to build political will among leadership, knowledge in curriculum developers and skillsets among trainers in order to reinforce Chile as a regional education leader in Women, Peace, and Security. Additionally, Phase 3 aims to spread the POI throughout the region to capitalize on initial investment of GPOI funds in the program.
