Summary	This proposal introduces a new learning experience to educate the of 21st century DoD education programs. In contrast to the standard linear or tree-like educational system of sequential lectures or chapters, we propose a seminar using the Curated Heuristic Using a Network of Knowledge for Continuum of Learning (CHUNK Learning) concept, a real-time and adaptive teaching-learning modular method for enhanced and personalized education.
