Summary	This Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) is entered into between the Under Secretary of Defense for Personnel and Readiness (USD (P&R)) Defense Language Office (DLO) and the Deputy Chief of Naval Operations (Manpower, Personnel, Training, and Education) (OPNAV N1) to define partner roles and responsibilities in the continuation of the Joint Foreign Area Officer Skill Sustainment Pilot Program (JFSSPP). The areas of responsibility and relationships presented herein will guide program implementation. This MOA is subject to the provisions of all applicable statutes, regulations, directives, policies, and procedures of the Department of Navy and the Department of Defense (DoD) in accordance with U.S. government laws, policies, and practices.
