Summary	Issue grant awards from the Naval Postgraduate School Center on Contemporary Conflict (CCC) for the Project on Advanced Systems and Concepts for Countering WMD (PASCC). This proposal seeks to support studies and strategic dialogues for the FY14-FY15 project cycle. The management and operational functions of PASCC, including the monitoring and collection of grant reports, will be funded separately, as will non-grant research awards.
