Summary	Serve as the focal point at NPS for the ADLI office in Alexandria and Orlando, Florida. Represent the ADLI as requested on appropriate committees and study groups. Participate in NATO/TTCP meetings and committees to assist with the communication and expansion of ADLI within the Alliance, MD, PfP, and other nations wishing to share experiences and technologies. Be responsible for developing initial agreements for review by the ADLI office that will maintain cooperation, prevent redundancy, and reduce the total cost of such ownership of the agreement.
