Summary	The Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA) mission is to research, recover, identify, and return the remains of US POWs and MIAs. DPAA's workforce is mostly civilians, highly technical and multi-generational. To date, little professional development has been conducted with the workforce, particularly the Scientific Analysis Directorate, which is the focus of this proposal. This proposal is for a customized Leadership and Communication program for Senior Supervisors (LCSS) tailored specifically for DPAA Scientific Analysis Directorate. The LCSS is a 4-day, hands-on, results-oriented program for senior supervisors who want to improve their leadership and communication skills. The LCSS is designed to help senior supervisors better know themselves, understand and manage the strengths and biases they bring to their workgroups, and develop critical skills for leading others.
