Summary	This CEE customized workshop is designed to give the new Commander and senior leadership of CNAF Reserve a good “lift off” in their ability to work together, align themselves on strategic issues, create a culture of effective teamwork across the command, and to effectively communicate their strategic direction internally and externally. SCOPE OF WORK: The deliverable is a 3-day program with outcomes of a Commander + Strategically Aligned Leadership Team. The program supports Flag Officers to enhance Command leadership team effectiveness and alignment by 1) Developing mutual understanding of team members’ complementary strengths and skills; 2) Conducting an on-boarding exercise to assure awareness of the commander’s style and intent as well as the team’s operational modes and requirements to enhance command success; 3) Shaping a strategic direction and measurable objectives for maximum impact; and 4) Promote an exceptional level of team inspiration and commitment. Additional areas important to CNAF Reserves include special interest discussions focused on Strategic Communication, Financial Management, and Data-Based Decision Making.
