Summary	This project will deliver an educational program to the next commander and staff of the Combined Joint Task Force Hom of Africa (CJTF-HOA). Instructors will deliver a series of six briefings on the regional politics, conflicts, and threat environment, including attention to the influence and workings of Islam and terrorism in the region and elements of cultural awareness. The audience is the Commander and Core Staff personnel who will be deploying to Djibouti to work in the CJTFHOA in February, 2007.
