Summary Tailor CEE's Strategic Planning for Execution: Application and Risk (SPEAR) workshop to focus on SWRMC initiatives by providing education and facilitation to support the development, implementation, and accomplishment of a strategic planning process for approximately 10-15 executive leadership personnel. Education and facilitation work sessions in support of the SWRMC 2014 Strategic Plan shall be conducted according to the schedule outlined on below. At a minimum, this will include: Review background materials provided by the SWRMC; design and facilitate a process for SWRMC executive leadership personnel to do the following: identify organizational strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats and key issues that should be addressed in the plan, and conduct the initial front end analysis. Prepare an initial strategic plan work session plan, and prepare for facilitating services in support of SWRMCs 2014 Strategic Plan. Design three days of strategic planning work that will address the following: Day One - Define objectives; Day Two - Identify actions to support objectives; Day Three - Identify responsible departments/people and dates to accomplish actions and finalize strategic plan. SWMRC executive leadership production of the Command's strategic plan. Design a half-day work session to review SWRMC's progress in accomplishing action items in the strategic plan. Develop work session agenda/plan. Conduct the three-day strategic plan work session as scheduled in this proposal; Conduct half-day work session to review SWRMC's progress in accomplishing action items in the strategic plan; Advise SWMRC executive leadership in the production of a final strategic plan.
