Summary	Provide expert technical consultation for the Ohio Replacement Program (ORP) with respect to power conversion and power electronics systems. This includes device, controller and algorithm design calculation review as well as interfaces, test plans and procedure review of solid-state power electronic based power conversion devices in support of designs, production and testing.
