Summary	Conduct an assessment and site survey to better define the role of NSWG-4 mission in Kenya with a focus on littoral operations to several sites within Kenya's coastal region. Determine the infrastructure existent within Kenya's coastal region to support maritime operations. Identify deficiencies and improvements to Kenyan infrastructure to support maritime operations, provide written reports and presentations which detail the results observations, limitations, conclusions and recommended course of action.
