Summary | Abstract: This effort focuses on the synthesis and characterization of a class of organic prepolymers based on acetylene ethers for use in tactical solid rocket motors and CAD/PADS. It is anticipated that the use of hydrogen-poor ether-based binders will result in plateau-burning formulations that will lower the risk of catastrophic failure. |
