Summary	The Project Manager of Modular Brigade Enhancements, PEO Ground Combat Systems (PM MBE) desires to have faculty and students at NPS engaged in acquisition research involving topics that are of importance to PM MBE and DOD. In furtherance of this objective, PM MBE is sponsoring the Chair of Acquisition and the Acquisition Research Program positioned in the Graduate School of Business and Public Policy (GSBPP) under a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signed by PM MBE and the President (NPS).
