Summary	To continue the development of the NPS Reconfigurable Spacecraft Autonomy Testbed (R-SAT) in support of AFRL's research and educational opportunities in advanced guidance and control techniques. The CY13 objectives are to continue the analysis and modifications to R-SAT hardware in support of AFRL's goals for enhancing the performance of CMGs.
