Summary CIRPAS will WTI 2 - 09 with reconnaissance and surveillance imagery from Pelican configured as a UAV surrogate with a Predator BOhR payload. More than eighty percent of the funds required to support this flight activity will be sent to a contractor. The contractor is required to provide logistics and flight support for this project. Costs provided are an estimate only.
