Summary | The Center for Civil Military Relations (CCMR) Program at the U.S. Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) in Monterey, California educates authorized allied military officers and civilian equivalents. CCMR provide graduate level executive and continuing education programs that support intellectual innovation and growth throughout the careers of the total force. CCMR program offerings provide participants with the tools, techniques, and skills to foster improvements in defense decision-making within their armed forces and defense institutions. Improvement of defense management systems in partner nations will enhance the U.S. Government's security sector objectives at the national and regional level. Additionally, CCMR help build the intellectual capital of the Naval Postgraduate School through utilizing NPS faculty to teach and support its mission. |
