Summary	The 711th Human Performance Wing/Human Performance Office (HPW/HPO) provides Human Systems Integration (HIS) expertise to the US Air Force. Due to a base realignment and closure (BRAC) decision the organization recently moved from Brooks City-Base, TX to Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, OH. Few members of the 711th civilian workforce chose to relocate. As a result, the 711th organization had to hire many new SHI practitioners. The 711th leadership contacted the NPS HIS faculty and requested that we conduct a three-day SHI workshop on site at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. This proposal outlines preparation and execution of the workshop.
