Summary	The Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) provides Human Systems Integration (HIS) expertise to NAVSEA and the US Navy. NSWCDD has recently hired a number of new personnel who are in need of HIS training. NSWCDD plans to send many of them through the NPS HIS Certificate Program or Distance Learning Master of HIS Degree Program. However, as a stop-gap measure, they have requested NPS HIS faculty members conduct two workshops on site at Dahlgren 16 - 20 April 2012. This proposal outlines preparation and execution of the workshop.
