Summary | The objective of this research is to determine the reliability and usability of the prototype system called Improved Performance And Readiness Training (System (IPARTS). This prototype system was developed by the MOVES Institute under the sponsorship of ONR TechSolutions to improve and extend the database capabilities of the Landing Signal Officer carrier landing database on pilot approach performance. The prototype system will be used in the field by the LSO community as part of a Limited Objective Evaluation (LOE) to determine strengths and weaknesses of the design and implementation. |
