Summary	The GRACE and ULTRASat flight launch schedule has been delayed, necessitating a longer period of performance to accomplish the original goals. In addition, based on the results of recent and on-going research at NPS and elsewhere in this area, the sponsor has suggested several addition areas of research that are consistent with this effort.
