Summary | Numerous gaps have been identified in the U.S. Army Armed Reconnaissance Helicopter (ARH) required capabilities, the mission role currently fulfilled by the OH-58D Kiowa helicopter. As current operations in Iraq and Afghanistan have demonstrated, our existing ARH fleet is not capable of achieving the required level of combat effectiveness. This work will provide (1) incremental improvements to the AAS math programming model (formerly ASC-U) to meet study sponsor requirements. (2) technical support to AAS math programming model usage. (3) support for analysis of AAS math programming model including sensitivity analysis. (4) support to documentation of the AAS math programming model. |
