Summary |
1. Evaluate bow to best implement an anti-fraud tool such as SAS Anti-Fraud Analytics within DASN(EBS)'s emerging DoN Business Intelligence framework and within NAVSUP BSC's emerging Business Intelligence framework. 2. Explore the adaptation of anomaly detection analytics in other federal government and DoD agencies. Evaluate the adaptability of an anomaly detection program to DoN Business intelligence frameworks. 3. Assess the value-added of an anomaly detection program to DoN Business intelligence frameworks, given the costs of the adaptation, implementation and benefits. 4. Assess the implications to current DoN fraud investigators of incorporating an abnormally detection program to their toolbox, in terms of required training and needed competencies. |
