Summary | The goal of the research is to propose a method to design a software-defined network, SDN. The design of the network includes placement of critical elements of an SDN and management of the state of the network. In the design process, security risks and opportunities created by SDN need to be examined in order to best design the network to exploit opportunities and mitigate risk. |
