Summary	The project objective is to develop mathematical theory and computational algorithms for the optimal control of information flow. Given the complexity of this problem, no existing methodologies or algorithms can satisfactorily solve the optimal control problem. Therefore, new theory and algorithms must be developed, this is the step of research in which we must face some essential difficulties and challenges that call for innovative ideas and approaches. In addition, simulations will be carried out for verification and validation purposes.
