Summary	This research supports the Littoral Warfare Engineering Facility (LWEF) Business Case Analysis (BCA). Naval Surface Warfare Center Port Hueneme Division (NSWC PHD) is proposing a joint land-based test capability including the Littoral Combat Ship (LCS), Coast Guard National Security Cutter (NSC), and Directed Energy (DE) High Energy Laser (HEL) programs that would constitute a test capability focused on Littoral Warfare Engineering. This project will perform cost, sensitivity and risk analyses for different LWEF alternatives as part of the BCA.
