Summary	The long term goal of this project is to improve FNMOC / NAVO capabilities for supporting long range Navy planning (lead times of one week and longer). We will achieve this by conducting research and development on, and transitioning to FNMOC and NAVO, data sets, analysis and forecast systems, online applications, and other resources for improving climate and long range support for strategic, operational, and tactical planning, decision making, and assessment of national security operations.
