Summary	The long term goal of this proposed effort is to develop and improve models and databases that accurately characterize atmospheric features and properties that strongly impact the performance of Navy electromagnetic and electro-optical (EM/EO) systems, which will ultimately lead to improved EM/EO performance predictions being delivered to the warfighter. All newly developed and upgraded atmospheric models and databases will be extensively tested, validated, documented and submitted to the Oceanic and Atmospheric Master Library (OAML) so that upon acceptance they are ready and available to developers for incorporation to any existing or future EM/EO performance prediction system.
