Summary	To provide ready funding at the Naval Postgraduate School for Naval Warfare and Development Commands Doctrine Division to task various faculty with aiding in the development of tactical memorandum development and evaluation. The first program in this proposal is to support data analysis of ship tracking error to help determine safe Q-Route channel width.
