Summary	The objective of this proposed effort is to provide EM propagation-related climatological datasets for the U.S. West Coast region to assist NRL-DC in characterizing EM propagation conditions for computer modeling and simulations. The NPS refractivity profile blending algorithm will also be modified and provided to NRL-DC for use with these datasets in the NRL-DC propagation modeling system.
