Summary	The Center for Civil-Military Relations/Exercises Program provides planning, design, facilitation, and evaluation services in support of the Arctic Edge / Arctic Eagle 2018 (AE18) exercise series. The AE18 exercise is a named activity on the US Navy Arctic Roadmap 2014 implementation plan, which the Naval Postgraduate School is explicitly directed to support (USN Arctic Roadmap 2014, App 3, 1.1.7; 2.1.7; 2.1.9; 22-25).
