Summary	The LDESP ARCENT Theatre Security Cooperation Regional Seminars and Campaign Planning workshops provides an opportunity to bring Scholars, the CG and senior leaders, to include the intelligence branch and other key leaders from US Army Central to discuss and try to understand the chief problem sets and issues that are likely to cause volatility in the region (Central Asia, Middle East) 2-5 years from now, which will then shape the Commander's intent, identify priorities and drive the development of the USARCENT campaign plan. This will then be the basis for resourcing plans to meet future contingencies in the Middle East and Central Asia and set the stage for adapting USARCENT operations to the changing requirements of the regional environments. Scholars will provide different perspectives and views on key issues.
