Summary | The Natick Soldier Research, Development and Engineering Center’s (NSRDEC) mission is to maximize the Warrior’s survivability, sustainability, mobility, combat effectiveness and quality of life by treating the Soldier as a System. NSRDEC personnel are directly or indirectly responsible for Human Systems Integration activities in their daily work. To ensure they are apprised of the most recent policy changes and best practices it is important that they received refresher training on a recurring basis. NSRDEC contacted the NPS HSI faculty and requested that we conduct HSI workshops on site at Natick. Four workshops will be conducted: a Senior Leader HSI Workshop (1 hour); a Program Manager and Engineer HSI Workshop (1/2 day); a Human Sciences HSI Workshop (1/2 day); and, an HSI Practitioners Workshop (2-3 days). |
