Summary |
Model development: The goal of the model development phase is to document what is intrinsic to a set of interactions as a preliminary step towards revealing what is necessary for solutions proposals. Definition of solution candidates: As documentation provides insights into a range of fundamental needs, there wi11 be a corresponding range of technical, organizational, human interoperability, human factors, cognitive and work flow possible solutions to improve individual system and cross functional performance. In parallel with these first two phases will be the creation of operationalized measures of improved performance. |
