Summary | This research project aims to develop a TRAC KM effectiveness model and Action/Assessment Plan. The effectiveness model would identify key organizational culture variables that are related to KM outputs (e.g. shared knowledge, enhanced collaboration, increased innovation) and their relationship to positive organizational outcomes (improved day-to-day operations, improved decision making, and improved analytic products). The Action/Assessment plan would use the effectiveness model to chart a course of change of the existing culture to one more accepting of KM and a plan to assess the change. |
