Summary | Our research will seek to gain a deeper understanding of the changing character of U.S.-Mexico relations and how these changes affect our shared security environment. The research will focus on the transformative processes at work in Mexico and the direct and indirect implications that these have on our nation, and the researchers will seek to build on the growing number of reports and publications that highlight U.S.-Mexico relations. Furthermore, our research will contextualize the role of the Marine Corps' role and its priorities and objectives by working in harmony with MARFORNORTH, along with the security cooperation teams from the operating forces. |
