Summary	This effort will support the NPS C41 Chair in FY10. At a high-level the NPS C41 Chair will be the interface between PEO C4I and NPS; work across NPS (with the Dean of Research, School Deans/Department Chairs/Institute Directors, NPS SPAWAR interface across campus); map NPS capabilities to PEO C4I (using PEO C4I Masterplan), socialize research topics for NPS faculty, labs, and students; socialize NPS capabilities to PEO C4I; stay up-to-speed on NPS capabilities and PEO C4I programs and research areas. This will support labor (one-and-a-half quarters of C4I Chair; sixteen days of admin support); travel for C41 Chair (eight trips to PEO C4I, one a year to D.C/other for PEO C4I; four trips for travel of thesis students with C41 Chair to PEO C4I); equipment (workshop, admin support, and misc. equipment). More specifically, the C41 Chair will carry out duties in synch with the MOA between NPS and PEO C4I, establishing the C4I Chair.
