Summary	NSA proposes to teach three sessions of an orientation course (NC3 150) for uniformed and civilian personnel on the topic of nuclear command, control, and communications (NC3). We began development of this course in FY18 and completed development in the first quarter of FY19. This course will have pre-requisite reading assignments. NSA faculty will deliver this course once per quarter at Barksdale AFB and/or other locations to be determined by the sponsor. The content of this course will be incorporated into other courses being offered at NPS (e.g., SS3741).
