Summary | Faculty teams from the Defense Resources Management Institute (DRMI) will deliver a 5 day human capital workshop and a 10 day Mobile International Defense Management Course for approximately 45 participants from the Ministry of Defense and Armed Forces of Jordan. The objective of the workshop is to prepare participants to apply analytic decision making approaches and specific tools in managerial decision-making to make more effective and efficient use of human capital resources. The course introduces relevant economic concepts needed to analyze labor capital tradeoffs and the role of governments in economic systems; focuses on strategic planning for the work force including force sizing, capabilities based planning, and budgets; and emphasizes human resources integration and total force management. |
