Summary	Working with the collaboration fest team at Joint Information Operations Warfare Command (JIOWC) and Special Operations Command, Pacific (SOCPAC) this proposal intends to grow capacity for cross-sector collaboration among subject matter experts, analysts, regional experts, and creative thinkers from diverse fields. this collaboration will support growing and strengthen social networks that can be invoked before, during and after regional crises.
