Develop procedures for computing certificates and bounds. 2. Further development of MZ/Epi-spline information fusion approach. 3. Carry out preliminary risk-averse optimization of high-speed vessel. Year 3: 1. Extend procedures for computing certificates and bounds. 2. Implement risk-averse optimization for high-speed vessels. |
