Summary | This one week Curriculum Development Mobile Education Team (MET) will bring together stakeholders and decision makers within the Czech Defense University, the Ministry of Defense, and the U.S. Embassy to discuss existing and projected defense acquisition management challenges and opportunities in order to develop defense acquisition management short courses to be conducted in the Czech Republic during FY18-19. The emphasis will be to identify the specific audiences and topics for future International Military Education and Training (IMET) courses to be programmed with the Naval Education and Training Security Assistance Field Activity (NETSAFA). Improvement of defense acquisition management systems in the participant nation will enhance the U.S. Government's security sector objectives at the national and regional level. Additionally, the understanding developed will help build the intellectual capital of the Naval Postgraduate School faculty confirmed to support this effort. |
