Summary	The site survey will lay the groundwork for the subsequent delivery of a series of three, five-day seminars titled. Senior Leaders Seminar on Civil-Military Relations, Disarmament, Demobilization and Reintegration, and The Media and the Military, for uniformed personnel of the Armed forces of CAR (FACa). The survey team shall conduct a site visit to determine CAR-specific contextual requirements, produce an internal After Action Report, and develop/translate an Action Plan for external audiences/partners/sponsors.
