Summary	Objective is to train a critical mass of Naval (and other) leaders in order to effect a state change in the effectiveness and strategic value of their innovation efforts, and to create an Innovation Initiative located at NPS that will aggregate resources and best practices so that it becomes a hub for innovation "know-how" and "know-what." Program will involve a multi-disciplinary approach, and will be incorporated into several curriculums/areas of NPS, and across the Department of the Navy. Costs to cover labor expense of contracted Innovation Chair and supporting travel/administrative expenses.
