Summary	In light of the recent mishaps with the USS Fitzgerald and USS John McCain and resulting impact on readiness, NAVSEA is seeking an analysis of viable repair options that could be conducted at sea for damaged ships, with a focus of telerobotics from the air, on the ship, and outside below the waterline.
